Nutritional & Energetic Notes
This recipe is really easy to make and it is great for Spring & Summer when we want a lighter energy. You can use different types of vegetables: fresh green beans, zucchini, peas, artichokes. You may also want to add fresh herbs like parsley, coriander... or even use some mint for a more cooling effect in the hot days of summer.
You may want to add some grated ginger or ground coriander.
You can get the wakame in long strips that you soak and cut. You may also find the wakame alreayd in flakes in which case you will not have to cut after soaking.
