White Bean Hummus with Coriander


 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 cup cooked white beans
Ginger juice
Fresh cilantro
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp umeboshi paste

PREPARATION

Blend all the ingredients until a creamy texture. Add more or less mustard and umeboshi paste according to your taste.

Nutritional & Energetic Notes

White Beans are excellent for the health of the intestines, especially the large intestine. The fibers of all pulses are especially good to support good movement in the intestines. White beans are associated with the Metal Element and with the Autumn. 

The mustard and ginger in this recipe add a warming touch. 

If you don't have umeboshi paste you can use sea salt instead.
